Here is another roasted potato dish, this time adapted from Gaby’s blog. It takes under an hour to bake, and is a great accompaniment to almost any main dish. The Parmesan just adds to the crispy envelope surrounding the soft and fluffy interior.
4 cups cubed potatoes
3 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp pepper
4 tbsp Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Toss all ingredients together, put in an oven-proof dish.
Bake for 30 minutes, toss with a wooden spoon, return to oven.
Bake a further 20-30 minutes until browned and crispy.
They are ready to be served.
