This wrap is an improvised sandwich using a thin round bread. I used an Indian Chappati bread, but tortilla rounds are just as good. This made a perfect summer lunch, and can in fact be made just as easily any time of the year. If you have any left over chicken, this would be ideal to use it up. I however did not have any left over chicken, therefore grilled a small chicken breast cut in half width-wise.
1 chappati bread round
2 slices cheese
a few lettuce leaves
1/4 avocado, sliced
whipped garlic sauce
1 small chicken breast, grilled, sliced
Arrange all the ingredients in the middle of the bread round.
Top with a much or as little whipped garlic sauce as you like.
Roll, cut in half, and enjoy alone or with a light tossed salad.
