1/2 cup dry hibiscus
1 cup sugar
6 cups water
Pour 3 cups boiled water on the hibiscus and sugar.
Stir to dissolve the sugar.
Let seep 1 hour.
Strain the drink and discard the solids.
Add 3 cups cold water and refrigerate until chilled.
