This is a healthy gathering-dip that is best accompanied by a seasoned carb boat, such as garlic-seasoned baguette croutons or tortilla chips. I would even suggest some crudités, but it’s a very mild dip as it is, so it needs to be carried with something having a punch.
This is a pretty good idea for a girls’ get-together, ad to reduce calories, you can opt for low fat sour cream instead of regular. Adapted from here.
