Pita pizzas don’t only come in savory forms.
Here is a sweet pita pizza that’s a twist on the American favorite: smores.I completely forgot to sprinkle with chopped hazelnuts in the photos, but I have included it in the recipe and highly recommend it.
Once again, I have not provided quantities as it depends on the size of your pita as well as personal taste.

flat disc of bread
milk chocolate bar
hazelnuts, roughly chopped
Preheat oven to 450F and set shelf to upper third of the oven.
Scatter the broken chocolate bar and the marshmallow over the surface of the flatbread.
Scatter with the chopped hazelnuts.
Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes, and broil for less than a minute if needed.
