This protein-packed meal replacement smoothie is ideal for an energy-boosting breakfast or for when you’re trying to cut back. I used my stock of seasonal mulberries, which I froze for convenience and long term use. You can replace this of course with any berry of choice. The tofu is what really packs in the protein, along with the natural yogurt. I chose to sweeten the smoothie with some honey, but again this could be replaced with your sweetener of choice, adjustable to the intensity desired.
Ingredients: serves 1
1/2 cup natural yogurt
1 Tbsp honey
1/2 cup frozen mulberries
Put everything in the blender, starting with the yogurt to help it get going, and whizz to a smooth cold drink.. Note that the berries are still frozen when blended.
